Selected bunches are hand-picked and aged for at least 50 months in large oak barrels, followed by another 12 months in bottle.
The result is a powerful wine that reverently reflects its origins in the heart of the Langhe, providing impressive depth, structure and complexity.
The ruby red color subtly transitions into brick-colored nuances.
The aroma is intense and layered, with notes of ripe fruit, dried herbs and warm spices.
On the palate, the wine is full and rich, with firm but elegant tannins and an excellent balance between power and finesse.
The long, lingering finish highlights its impressive character

Great with fresh truffles, stews, game and hard cheese.
Might be decanted, drink not too warm within 30 years.
